It should be noted that the kitchen facilities are somewhat lacking, with missing essentials such as towels and a trash can. Additionally, the communication with the hotel staff through WhatsApp can be slow at times, leading to delays in resolving issues or receiving important information.

I always come back because it's the best place. They helped me with dining places once. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, security, airport shuttle, flat-screen TV.

The host was helpful and provided clear instructions and recommendations. We were able to check out in the morning and leave our luggage with the host, allowing us to continue exploring.

The value for our money was fantastic, as the Superior Deluxe Queen room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was great, close to the metro and a short walk from Vatican City. The staff, especially Sabrina, were attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

Our only suggestion to make the morning meal better would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options.
